Key Terms & Conditions

Use of the parking facility is entirely at the user's own risk. Q Mobility assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or contents.

Strictly Prohibited

  • Leaving the engine running while unattended
  • Leaving the vehicle running for more than 30 minutes
  • Leaving the vehicle while children or pets are inside
  • Parking vehicles without valid license plates

Vehicle Security

Customers must ensure their vehicles are locked and windows closed before exiting the facility.

Traffic Rules

All traffic rules, signages, and posted speed limits within the premises must be strictly followed.

EV Charging Bays

The EV Charging parking bays are strictly reserved for active charging only. Vehicles must vacate the charging space immediately upon completion of the charging cycle.

Parking Violations

Misuse of designated parking spaces (incl. spaces for People of Determination, EV charging bays, reserved zones), as well as parking in undesignated areas or over the lines, may result in fines and vehicle towing at the violator's expense.
